Pump & Paint System

The Shur-Line 61-901-000 Pump & Paint is a complete painting system designed for edging around doors, windows, baseboards and moulding. It eliminates the need for taping and works with edgers, corner painters, brushes and trim rollers. The system allows you to paint directly from a one-gallon paint can. It includes the Pump & Paint unit and one edger with pad.

Pump Dispensing and Cleaning

A built-in pump system dispenses the perfect amount of paint onto the tool every time, reducing mess and waste. The unit features a removable tray that allows for easy cleaning between uses or colour changes. This design helps maintain a tidy workspace during trim and edging tasks.

Sustained Trim Work

The system supports continuous edging work by keeping paint loaded at the tool without frequent dipping. It fits a standard one-gallon can so you can work across multiple surfaces without refilling. The pump mechanism delivers consistent output throughout extended painting sessions.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the pump system on the SHUR-LINE 61-901-000 and fit it to a one gallon paint can?

Place the unit onto a one gallon paint can, secure the pump assembly, then operate the pump handle to draw paint up into the removable tray for loading edgers, brushes, corner painters or trim rollers.

What part of the SHUR-LINE 61-901-000 requires regular cleaning to keep the pump working?

The removable tray should be taken out and washed after each use to prevent dried paint from blocking the pump mechanism and paint flow.

What limits how long I can paint continuously with the SHUR-LINE 61-901-000 before stopping?

The capacity of the one gallon paint can sets the limit; once the can is empty the pump cannot draw more paint and you must refill or replace the can.
