General Purpose Kraft Tape

Shurtape FP-96 is a brown paper packaging tape supplied on a three-inch core. The roll measures two inches nominal width and sixty yards in length. A pressure-sensitive adhesive eliminates the need for water activation and bonds aggressively in cold conditions. The backing resists curling, abrasion, water, solvents and oil while remaining hand-tearable.

Carton sealing and bundling tasks

This tape suits packers sealing Kraft cartons, bundling items or reinforcing packages where a conformable paper backing is preferred. The matte brown colour blends with cardboard for a clean finish. Shingling applications benefit from the adhesive's quick stick. Users needing a film-based tape, a water-activated gummed tape or a dispenser included in the box should look at other products.

Hand application and dispenser use

The roll fits standard three-inch core dispensers and tears cleanly by hand for fast workflows. No special tools or moisture are required to activate the adhesive. Edge curl is minimal, reducing jams during dispensing. The only common issue arises when the nominal two-inch width is assumed exact; industry metric cuts make the actual width forty-eight millimetres, which can affect alignment on precision jigs.
