The Sick IME08-1B5NOZW2S is an NPN inductive proximity sensor with a cylindrical M8 x 1 threaded housing. It detects metal targets at a sensing range of 1.5 mm with a safe sensing range of 1.215 mm. The flush-mount design suits industrial automation and position-sensing tasks where a compact metal sensor is required. It operates on a 10 V DC to 30 V DC supply with a 4,000 Hz switching frequency.

IP67 Protection and Temperature Range

The nickel-plated brass housing and PA 66 sensing face meet IP67 enclosure rating for dust and water ingress protection.
