Switching frequency reaches 10 kHz with a response time greater than 50 µs. The analog output spans 0.15 V to 6 V with a 200 mA maximum output current.

The sensor requires a 10 V DC to 30 V DC power source with 5 Vpp ripple tolerance and draws 80 mA.
