C-slot cylinder sensor

The Sick RZN1-05ZRS-KU0 is a magnetic position sensor designed for C-slot pneumatic cylinders. It also fits profile, tie-rod, round-body, dovetail-groove and SMC rail cylinders when used with appropriate adapters. The 25 mm plastic housing mounts directly on the cylinder to detect piston position in automation systems.

10 to 30 V AC/DC supply with Reed output

The sensor operates on a 10 V to 30 V AC/DC supply and provides a normally-open Reed switching output rated at 500 mA continuous current. Switching frequency reaches 500 Hz with a switching capacity of 10 W. The 2 m PUR cable carries three 0.09 mm2 conductors for simple AC/DC 3-wire connection.

IP67 enclosure for harsh environments

The IP67-rated housing resists dust ingress and temporary immersion, while the PA12 body withstands shock at 30 g for 11 ms and vibration from 10 Hz to 55 Hz at 1 mm amplitude. Operating temperature spans -25 °C to +75 °C. EMC compliance follows EN 60947-5-2 and UL file NRKH.E181493 is listed.
