Compact photoelectric sensor for 10–30 V DC systems

The Sick WT150-P460 is a rectangular photoelectric proximity switch with background suppression. It operates on 10 V DC to 30 V DC and draws 20 mA. A visible red LED emits a 5° beam for precise detection. The PNP output supports light or dark switching selected via the L/D control cable.

Sensing range 2 mm to 100 mm

The sensor detects objects from 2 mm up to 100 mm. A 5-turn potentiometer sets the exact switching point. Switching frequency reaches 1,000 Hz with a 0.5 ms response time. Output current is limited to 100 mA. Beyond 100 mm the sensor cannot reliably detect targets.

IP67 enclosure weighs 7 g

The ABS housing with PC optics meets IP67 for dust and water protection. Protection class II circuitry includes supply-voltage, short-circuit and reverse-polarity safeguards. Ambient temperature range spans –25 °C to +55 °C in operation and –40 °C to +75 °C in storage. Connection uses a 4-pin M8 male connector.
