Three-pole miniature circuit breaker rated 50 A at 240 V AC with a 22 kA interrupting capacity for Siemens P1 panelboards
The SIEMENS B350H is a miniature circuit breaker from the BL series rated at 50 A for three-phase 240 V AC systems. It mounts by bolting onto compatible Siemens P1 panelboards and provides standard overcurrent protection with a 22 kA interrupting rating at 240 V AC. This device suits electricians and facility managers installing or maintaining three-pole branch circuits in commercial or light-industrial panels.
The breaker carries a continuous 50 A load within a 125 A frame and trips on sustained overcurrent to protect downstream conductors. Its toggle actuator gives clear visual indication of the tripped state. The 22 kA AIR rating means it can safely interrupt high fault currents at 240 V AC without damage, limiting let-through energy during short-circuit events.
Bolt-on mounting secures the breaker firmly to the panelboard bus, reducing the risk of loose connections under vibration or thermal cycling. The integral lug terminals accept copper conductors from 8 AWG to 6 AWG and aluminium conductors from 8 AWG to 4 AWG. The three-pole, 3-inch by 3-inch footprint fits standard P1 panelboard spaces, and the toggle is accessible for manual switching after the panel door is closed.

Mount the breaker by bolting it directly to the Siemens P1 panelboard rail; then insert conductors between 8 AWG and 4 AWG aluminium or 6 AWG copper into the lug terminals and torque to the manufacturer's specified value.
The toggle actuator, bolt-on mounting hardware and lug terminals should be checked periodically for wear, corrosion or loose connections; the breaker itself is replaced only after a fault trip or if it fails to reset.
The breaker is rated to interrupt up to 22 kA at 240 V AC; any fault exceeding that level would require a device with a higher AIR rating.
