Industrial Push/Pull Operator

The Siemens mushroom-head push/pull operator measures 30 mm and fits standard industrial control panels. Its amber colour provides clear visual identification in factory or process environments. The metal construction and screw-on connection suit demanding automation tasks.

Sustained environmental protection

Rated NEMA 1, 3, 4 and 12 alongside IP66, the head resists dust, water jets and oil during continuous operation. Metal housing and screw mounting maintain sealing integrity over long production runs. Compliance with REACH, RoHS and WEEE 2012/19/EU confirms material suitability for regulated installations.

Amber colour for status signalling

The fixed amber lens is intended for non-illuminated push/pull functions where a distinct colour code is required. Buyers needing illuminated feedback or alternative colours should select a different operator head.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the 30 mm mushroom head get during continuous operation?

The metal operator has no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no audible noise and generates no measurable heat while the machine runs all day.

Which mounting hardware or control station must I already have to install this 30 mm push/pull head?

It screws onto any standard 30 mm push-button enclosure or panel cut-out; the screw-on connection matches the common industrial 30 mm mounting pattern.

Will the amber 30 mm head fit on the older 30 mm Siemens push-button bases I already use?

Yes, the screw-on connection and 30 mm diameter conform to the established industrial standard, so it mounts directly on legacy Siemens bases of the same size.
