Versatile 100-400mm L-Mount Zoom

This Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Contemporary lens is built for Leica L-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras. It covers a broad telephoto range with 22 elements in 16 groups, including one FLD and four SLD elements for aberration control. The bundle adds a 67mm filter kit, software suite, cleaning supplies, lens wrap, flexible shade, cap tether and pouch for complete field care.

Outdoor shooters wanting reach without bulk

Photographers and videographers who need a compact, lightweight ultra-telephoto for wildlife, sports or travel will appreciate the 100-400mm range and 1:4.1 maximum magnification. The minimum focusing distance of 44-63 inches allows detailed close-ups. Buyers who require a constant wide aperture such as f/2.8 or faster low-light performance should consider other options.

Bundle adds protection and workflow tools

The included 67mm filter kit lets you protect the front element or add creative effects immediately. A software suite assists with lens corrections and firmware updates on a computer. Cleaning fluid, cloths, wrap, flexible shade, cap tether and pouch keep the optics clean and the gear organised during extended location work.

Questions about this item

What camera mount does this lens need to attach to?

The lens is built for the Leica L mount, so it fits full-frame mirrorless bodies that use that bayonet.

Can I keep using my 67 mm circular filters with this lens?

Yes, the front thread is 67 mm and the bundle includes a matching filter kit, so existing 67 mm filters screw on directly.

How can I confirm the optical stabiliser is active after mounting the lens?

Turn the OS switch on the barrel to ON; the viewfinder or rear screen will show a stabiliser icon and handheld telephoto shots should appear steadier.
