Standard zoom for L-mount photographers

The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art covers the classic wide-to-short-telephoto range with a constant f/2.8 aperture. It suits professionals and advanced enthusiasts shooting events, portraits and everyday reportage on Leica SL, Panasonic S series or Sigma fp bodies. Buyers needing longer reach or a smaller variable-aperture lens should look elsewhere.

Dust-resistant barrel with 82mm filter thread

The lens barrel uses a weather-sealed construction and ships with a petal hood, front and rear caps, a soft case and a cap tether. An 82mm filter kit, lens pen and cleaning supplies are included in the bundle, so the large front thread is protected and ready for circular polarisers or ND filters straight from the box.

Constant f/2.8 aperture across 24-70mm

The maximum aperture stays at f/2.8 throughout the zoom range, delivering consistent exposure and shallow depth of field at every focal length. This single specification determines whether the lens matches a shooter’s low-light and subject-isolation requirements.
