Versatile 28-70mm f/2.8 zoom for L Mount

The Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Contemporary lens covers a useful wide-to-short-tele range on full-frame L Mount cameras. Its constant f/2.8 aperture delivers consistent exposure and shallow depth of field across the zoom. The bundle adds a 67mm filter kit, cleaning accessories, a pouch and Corel Mac software for a complete starter kit.

Simple L Mount attachment with bundled protection

Mounting is a standard L Mount bayonet twist; no adapters or firmware steps are required. The supplied lens hood clicks on securely and the cap tether prevents lost caps during quick changes. The only common issue is forgetting to remove the protective film on the included filters before shooting, which can cause softness.

Consistent f/2.8 brightness under extended use

The constant f/2.8 aperture maintains exposure settings while zooming during long video takes or burst sequences. Optical construction with two FLD and two SLD elements controls aberrations over prolonged sessions. The water- and oil-repellent front coating resists smudges that accumulate during all-day outdoor work.
