Precision Fit for 35mm f/1.2 DG DN Art Lens

The Sigma LH878-02 hood is custom-made for the 35mm f/1.2 DG DN Art lens. It attaches securely to the front of that specific optic. Photographers who own this lens gain a dedicated accessory that matches its profile exactly. The hood serves both protective and optical purposes in daily shooting.

Verify Lens Model Before Ordering

Confirm that your lens is the Sigma 35mm f/1.2 DG DN Art before purchasing this hood. The LH878-02 is not interchangeable with other focal lengths or aperture designs. Check the barrel markings on your lens to ensure an exact match. Using an incorrect hood can cause vignetting or fail to mount at all.

Shields Front Element and Cuts Flare

The hood extends around the front glass to block stray light that creates flare and ghosting. Its rigid construction absorbs minor knocks and keeps dust or moisture off the filter threads. When reversed it adds minimal length to the lens barrel for storage. Buyers needing a hood for a different Sigma Art lens must select the model specific to that optic.
