Questions about this item

How many BP-81 batteries can the BC-81 charge at the same time?

The Sigma BC-81 charger is designed to charge two BP-81 batteries simultaneously, so you can prepare both packs for your next shoot without waiting for one to finish before starting the other.

Does the charger generate noticeable heat or noise when left running all day?

The unit uses passive cooling with no fan, so it runs silently; the built-in safety circuits prevent overheating by stopping the charge if the battery or charger temperature rises too high.

What power source must I already have to operate the BC-81?

The charger requires a standard USB power adapter or USB port capable of supplying 5 V; the necessary USB cable is included, but the wall adapter is not.
