700 W SFX-L server power supply

This 700 W SFX-L unit delivers continuous power rated for 24/7 server operation in a compact chassis. The 120 mm fan enables quieter cooling than smaller SFX designs while maintaining the same width and height footprint. 80 PLUS Platinum certification ensures high efficiency across typical loads. Fully modular flat cables simplify routing in tight enclosures.

Suited for compact 24/7 servers needing quiet

Builders who require more than 700 W of continuous output or who must fit a standard 100 mm deep SFX unit should consider other options. Systems that cannot accommodate the extra 30 mm depth of the SFX-L form factor will need a different power supply.

Quad PCIe connectors and semi-fanless operation

Four PCIe 8/6 pin connectors support multi-GPU configurations without adapter cables. The advanced semi-fanless mode keeps the 120 mm fan stopped at low loads, reducing idle noise to 36 dBA. Short modular cables cut clutter and improve airflow in small chassis.

Questions about this item

What PCIe power connectors does the SX700-LPT include for graphics cards?

It provides four connectors that each accept an 8-pin or 6-pin PCIe plug.

Will the 120 mm fan fit in a standard SFX opening?

The SFX-L body is 30 mm deeper than a standard 100 mm SFX unit, so it needs a case cut for the longer form factor.

How can I confirm the semi-fanless mode is active?

At low load the 120 mm fan stops completely; you will hear no fan noise until the internal temperature rises.
