Universal Shark Fin Antenna

This glossy black shark fin antenna replaces a factory mast on almost any vehicle. It receives FM signals from 76.0 to 108.0 MHz and AM signals from 530 to 1710 KHz. The low-profile design adds a subtle styling cue while maintaining radio reception.

3M Tape and Screw Mounting

The kit includes 3M double-sided adhesive tape for a no-drill installation on the roof panel. A threaded base also allows a direct screw connection to the existing antenna mount. Both methods secure the ABS housing without permanent modification.

Simple Roof Installation

Clean the mounting surface, apply the supplied tape, and press the antenna into place. The screw option requires aligning the base with the factory hole. Buyers who need integrated GPS or cellular reception should verify compatibility before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the 3M double-sided tape need replacing after a few years?

The antenna is secured with 3M double-sided tape; over time the adhesive can degrade from heat and weather, so plan to replace the tape if the fin becomes loose.

What reception limit appears first when driving long distances?

The tuner covers FM 76.0–108.0 MHz and AM 530–1710 KHz; outside those bands the antenna cannot pick up a signal.

Does the glossy black ABS fin get hot or noisy after a full day in the sun?

The ABS housing has no moving parts or electronics, so it stays silent and only reaches ambient temperature.
