Podcast Bundle with BM800 Microphone

The SKTEET BM800 Podcast Bundle V8-Black combines a condenser microphone, adjustable scissor arm stand, shock mount, double-layer pop filter, wind foam cap, earphone, power cable and a V8 sound card with 12 built-in effects and four voice changers. It connects via 3.5 mm jack and delivers a 78 dB signal-to-noise ratio. The package suits streamers, singers and gamers who want an all-in-one recording kit.

Check 3.5 mm Ports and Charging Needs

Verify that your computer, smartphone or console has a 3.5 mm audio input for the microphone and a separate headphone jack or combined TRRS socket for monitoring. The V8 sound card runs on an internal lithium battery that must be charged before first use and can operate while charging. No extra drivers are required for plug-and-play operation.

Build Around the Arm and Sound Card

Clamp the scissor arm to a desk or table thick enough to hold its grip; the shock mount and pop filter attach directly to the arm. The V8 sound card sits on the desktop and provides the 12 effects, four voice changers and DSP noise reduction. A free USB port or USB charger is needed only for battery charging, not for audio signal.

Questions about this item

Does the bundle include everything needed to start recording, or do I need to buy any extra cables or stands?

The box contains the BM-800 microphone, V8 sound card, scissor arm stand, shock mount, pop filter, foam cap, earphone, power cable, two 3.5 mm audio cables and a user manual. No extra cables or stands are required.

How do the 12 sound effects and four voice changers differ, and which mode suits a gaming stream?

The V8 card offers 12 built-in effects such as laughter and gunshot plus four voice changers — female, male, child and monster — selectable via dedicated buttons for quick changes during a gaming stream.

What does the 78 dB signal-to-noise ratio mean for my recordings?

A 78 dB signal-to-noise ratio indicates the microphone captures your voice with low background hiss, so spoken content stays clear even at moderate gain settings.
