What You Get

The Skullcandy Jib True 2 are true-wireless earbuds supplied with a charging case and eartips. Built-in Tile technology helps locate misplaced earbuds via the Tile app.

Before You Order

Confirm your phone, tablet or computer supports Bluetooth audio streaming. The case charges via a Micro-USB cable, so ensure you have a compatible charger or port available. Passive noise isolation depends on a secure fit; try the included eartip sizes to find the best seal. The earbuds use button controls for calls, volume and track navigation.

Who This Suits

Listeners wanting long battery life, sweat resistance and a find-my-earbuds feature at an entry price will find these practical. Buyers who need dust protection, USB-C charging, active noise cancellation or a smaller case footprint should look at other models.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Jib True 2 earbuds and do I need a separate charging cable?

The package includes the Jib True 2 earbuds, a charging case, eartips and a user manual. The case charges via Micro-USB so you will need a Micro-USB cable if you do not already have one.

How do the 9 hours of earbud battery and 24 hours of case battery combine for daily use?

Each charge gives up to 9 hours of play from the buds and the case holds roughly 24 hours more, totalling up to 33 hours before you need to plug the case in again.

What does the IPX4 rating mean when I am exercising outdoors?

IPX4 means the earbuds resist splashing water and sweat from any direction, so they handle rain and heavy workouts but are not submersible.
