Questions about this item

Will the earbuds pair with my older phone that only has Bluetooth 5?

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5, so they will connect and stream audio normally with any device that supports that version or earlier.

How can I confirm the earbuds are charging correctly after I place them in the case?

The case provides up to 34 hours of additional charge, and a 10-minute rapid charge gives roughly 2 hours of playback, so you can verify operation by the listening time you get.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The package includes the earbuds with flexible over-ear hooks and a charging case with a USB-C connection; a USB-C power source is not included and must be supplied separately.
