What the Dime 3 earbuds are

The Skullcandy Dime 3 are true-wireless in-ear headphones built for listeners who want compact everyday audio with a built-in microphone for calls. They suit commuters, students and casual users looking for a lightweight pair that works with iPhone, Android and any Bluetooth source. Buyers who need on-ear comfort, dedicated ANC hardware or a wired fallback will not find those features here.

Battery life and charging

Each bud delivers up to 8 hours of listening time and the case holds two full recharges for a combined 20 hours of playback. The small, efficient cell is designed to cut the carbon footprint to less than half that of other earbuds. No fast-charge duration, wireless charging or power-output figures are provided in the data.

Fit, finding and multipoint

The in-ear form factor keeps the package small enough to slip into a pocket or small bag, freeing up desk and carry space. Tile tracking is integrated so either bud can be located via the Tile app if misplaced. Multipoint pairing lets the earbuds stay connected to two devices at once, simplifying switching between phone and laptop. No water-resistance rating, case dimensions or ear-tip sizes are specified.
