Pocket-Sized Ceramic Trimmer

The SLICE 10514 is a compact utility knife with a 2.5 by 1.5 inch profile that fits easily in a pocket or tool pouch. Its ceramic blade extends 3/8 inch and retracts automatically when the slider is released. The quick-change mechanism allows the plain-edge blade to be swapped without tools.

Best for Light Everyday Cutting

This trimmer suits users who open packages, slice tape or trim lightweight materials on the go. The automatic retract function adds a layer of safety during transport. Buyers needing longer blade projection for thick cardboard or heavy-duty slicing should consider a larger cutter. Those who prefer a fixed-blade design or metal blades will want a different style.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the ceramic blade retracts automatically after each cut?

Press the slider forward to extend the blade 3/8 in, make a cut, then release the slider; the spring-loaded mechanism should snap the blade fully back into the housing without manual assistance.

What comes in the package with model 10514 and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the Pocket Cutter with one ceramic blade installed; replacement ceramic blades are sold separately when the original dulls.
