Two-seat glider bench

The SlickBlue outdoor glider bench seats two people on a 46.5 by 19.5 inch slatted surface. A 105-degree back angle and curved seat profile support a relaxed posture. Smooth, quiet motion comes from bearing arm brackets that let the bench glide back and forth. It fits gardens, decks and patios where a gentle rocking seat is wanted.

Weight capacity and footprint

Rated for 500 lbs, the bench accommodates two average adults with ample headroom. Overall dimensions of 50 by 27 by 39 inches define the space it occupies. The seat sits 18 inches off the ground for easy entry and exit. Buyers needing a higher capacity or a wider seating area will need a different model.

Materials and assembly

Poplar wood construction with PU paint resists weather and daily use. The bench weighs 35 lbs, so two people can move it into position. No powered components mean silent operation and no ongoing energy cost. Slatted seating allows air flow and water drainage. Shoppers who want cushions included or motorised motion should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 50" x 27" footprint fit beside my existing 50" deck railing?

The bench measures 50" long by 27" wide overall, so it needs a clear space at least that large plus room for the gliding motion.

How can I confirm the glider is moving smoothly after assembly?

Sit on the 46.5" x 19.5" seat and rock gently; the bearing arm brackets should deliver quiet, even motion without binding.

Does the box include cushions or must I buy them separately?

The bench ships as a poplar wood frame with slatted seat and armrests; no cushions or hardware beyond the included brackets are mentioned.
