Three-Person Seating Capacity

The SlickBlue porch swing offers a 51.5" wide seat designed to accommodate three adults comfortably. Olefin fabric on both the seat and cushions resists wear and dries quickly after rain. Removable back and seat cushions add softness and can be taken off when not needed.

Adjustable Canopy Coverage

A polyester canopy measuring 72.5" by 50" provides sunproof and waterproof shelter above the swing. The angle adjusts through a 240° range via a turn knob, letting you shift shade as the sun moves. Powder-coated steel frame resists rust while supporting up to 800 lbs total weight.

Installation Space Requirements

The assembled unit measures 73" long, 49" wide and 67.5" high, so verify overhead clearance and floor footprint before ordering. Seat height without cushions sits at 19.5", and non-slip footpads protect decking or patio surfaces. Ensure the mounting structure can bear the combined load of frame and occupants.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 72.5-inch canopy need overhead when tilted to its 240-degree limit?

The canopy spans 72.5 by 50 inches; allow at least 67.5 inches of total height plus extra space above the frame so the tilted fabric does not strike walls or eaves.

What tools and fasteners must I supply to assemble the steel frame?

Assembly requires standard hand tools such as wrenches or a socket set for the supplied bolts and lock nuts; no specialised equipment is needed.

Will the 19.5-inch seat height and 51.5-inch width match my existing patio chairs for a level seating line?

The cushion top sits roughly 19.5 inches from the ground and stretches 51.5 inches wide, so measure your current chairs to confirm alignment.
