Outdoor Chair Cushion Set

This set includes two grey seat cushions sized 20 x 20 x 2 inches for standard dining chairs. They use 28D high-density foam for firm support and olefin fabric that resists fading and water. Attached ties keep each cushion secured to the chair frame. Suitable for indoor or outdoor dining use.

Upgrade from thin pads

These replace worn or flat pads that no longer provide comfort on hard seats. The jump is worth it when existing cushions have lost shape, show fabric wear, or lack water resistance for patio use. The 28D foam restores seat height and support for longer meals outdoors.

Limits of olefin fabric

Olefin resists moisture and UV but prolonged heavy rain can soak the foam core. The supplier recommends storing cushions away during rain to prevent saturation. Vacuum-packed cushions need about two hours to fully expand before first use. Square corners with piped edges fit flat-seat chairs only.

Questions about this item

Will the 20" x 20" x 2" cushions fit my existing dining chairs?

Measure your seat depth and width first; these cushions are 20 inches long, 20 inches wide and 2 inches thick, so they suit chairs with matching or slightly larger seats.

How do I install the cushions and what step is often missed?

Unpack the vacuum-compressed cushions, allow at least two hours for full recovery or speed it up with a hair dryer, then fasten the attached ties around the chair frame to stop slipping.

How should I maintain the grey olefin cushions and when might they need replacing?

Spot-clean stains on the water-resistant olefin fabric, store the set indoors during rain, and replace the cushions once the 28D foam no longer springs back or the piped edges show wear.
