Questions about this item

How do I hang the swing chair at the recommended 14-inch seat height using the included hardware?

Measure a hanging point between 5.9 and 7.38 feet high, then attach the two screw-in hooks to a solid beam or use the S-hooks on a stand; adjust the rope length so the seat cushion sits 14 inches above the ground.

Which cushion covers can I remove for washing and how are they fastened?

Both the 25-by-21-by-2-inch seat cushion and the 19-by-19-by-6-inch back cushion have smooth zippers, so you can unzip and remove the polyester covers for cleaning.

At what load does the X-shaped metal frame reach its rated capacity during sustained use?

The reinforced metal structure is rated for 400 lbs, so continuous loading near that limit will be the first constraint you encounter.
