240W Four-Port USB-C Charger

The SmallRig 4751 delivers 240W total output across four USB-C ports, supporting PD 3.1 for rapid charging of laptops, cameras, smartphones and V-mount or NP-F batteries. It suits photographers, videographers and mobile professionals who need a single high-power supply for multiple devices on location or at a desk.

Sustained Multi-Device Output

Intelligent power distribution allocates current across all active ports, maintaining up to 140W on a single port while balancing load when several devices are connected. Each port includes short-circuit and overcurrent protection, so the adapter runs stably during extended charging sessions without thermal throttling or safety trips.

PD 3.1 Practical Limits

The USB-C PD 3.1 interface caps per-port output at 140W, so devices requiring more than that must draw from multiple ports or a dedicated supply. Total simultaneous draw cannot exceed 240W, and the US-standard AC plug limits direct use to regions with compatible mains voltage and socket type.

Questions about this item

Does the 240 W total output generate noticeable heat or fan noise when all four USB-C ports run continuously?

The adapter uses intelligent power distribution across its four USB-C ports, allocating up to 140 W per port, and its compact 4.8 x 3.5 x 1.4 in enclosure is designed for sustained operation without a fan.

What cables or plug types must I already own to use this US-standard adapter with my V-mount and NP-F batteries?

You need USB-C cables that support the required power delivery for each battery charger; the unit provides four USB-C ports and a US-standard AC plug, so no extra adapters are required for domestic outlets.

Will the smart distribution logic reduce port speed when I mix a new 140 W laptop with older USB-C gear?

The intelligent allocation automatically balances the 240 W budget among connected devices, so the laptop can draw up to 140 W while older gear receives the remaining power without manual switching.
