SmallRig Cage for DJI Osmo Action 6

A precision-engineered aluminum alloy cage designed specifically for the DJI Osmo Action 6. It provides robust impact protection while maintaining full access to all camera buttons, ports, and the battery compartment. The open-base design allows direct use of the camera's magnetic quick-release mount for rapid shooting transitions. A side strap hole and included wrist strap add security during handheld use.

Action camera operators needing modular mounting

Videographers who want to attach lights, microphones, or monitors via the cold shoe, quick-release mounts, and three 1/4"-20 locating holes will benefit from the flexible vertical and horizontal configurations. Users who require a minimal, low-profile housing without expansion interfaces should look at simpler protective frames instead.

Expansion capacity and handling limits

The cage comfortably handles a cold shoe accessory such as the DJI Mic 2 or SmallRig Video Light 5446, plus magnetic quick-release adapters and dual-mount supports 5890, 5779, or 5991. It runs out when a setup demands more than one cold shoe, additional NATO rails, or integrated power distribution not provided by the three 1/4"-20 threads and two quick-release points.
