Smart Weigh TOP2KG 2000g x 0.1g laboratory supply

Precision pocket scale

The Smart Weigh TOP2KG is a compact digital pocket scale with a 2000g maximum capacity and 0.1g readability. It offers six weighing units including g, oz, ct, ozt, dwt and gn. The device includes a protective cover, stainless steel platform, two trays and two AAA alkaline batteries. It suits jewellers, hobbyists and anyone needing portable gram-level precision.

Sustained use behaviour

The scale maintains consistent readings through a one-touch tare function that subtracts container weight instantly. A hold function locks the displayed value so it remains visible after the load is removed. Counting mode speeds up inventory of small, uniform items such as beads or coins. Two trays allow quick changeover between different materials without cross-contamination.

Upgrade context

This model replaces lower-capacity pocket scales such as 500g x 0.01g, 600g x 0.1g or 1000g x 0.1g units when the workflow demands a 2000g ceiling. The jump is worthwhile if you regularly weigh batches that exceed 1000g but still require 0.1g resolution. It does not serve users who need 0.01g or 0.001g readability for fine powders or laboratory reagents.
