Pre-cut parchment sheets for half-sheet pans

The SMARTAKE KD635Z pack contains 400 pre-cut sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches, designed to fit half-sheet pans without curling. Made from unbleached wood pulp with a silicone coating, each sheet is food-grade and safe for direct contact with ingredients. The rectangular box keeps the stack flat and tidy in storage.

Handles 450 °F across baking.

The paper withstands temperatures up to 450 °F, making it suitable for ovens, microwaves and air fryers. Grease and moisture stay on the sheet so food releases cleanly and the tray underneath remains clean. It is not intended for open-flame grilling or temperatures above the stated limit.

Silicone-coated wood pulp lays flat

The silicone layer gives a non-stick, waterproof surface that lets baked goods slide off without tearing. Sheets are single-use and can be discarded after cooking, removing the need to scrub trays. The unbleached material contains no added bleach, and the pre-cut format eliminates the waste and frustration of trimming rolls.
