What you receive

The pack contains 20 pairs of self-adhesive silicone nose pads, split evenly between 10 black and 10 clear pieces. A small storage box is included to keep the spares organised. The D-shaped pads measure 1 mm thick and use a 3M industrial adhesive backing designed for spectacle frames.

Before applying

Clean the frame bridge thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely before peeling the protective liner. The adhesive bonds best to smooth plastic or plate-style frames; textured, curved or metal bridges may not hold as reliably. Ensure the contact area is free of oils or residue for maximum grip.

Daily wear

The thin silicone layer adds minimal bulk and stays flexible at skin temperature. In normal indoor or outdoor use the pads remain secure through head movement and light perspiration. The material does not retain heat against the nose and produces no audible noise during wear.

Questions about this item

What exactly comes in the pack and do I need anything else to fit them?

The box holds 20 adhesive pairs — 10 black and 10 clear — plus a small storage case; no extra tools or glue are required.

Should I pick the black or the clear pads for my frames?

Both colours are included, so you can match dark frames with the black set and lighter or rimless styles with the clear set.

How well does the 3M adhesive hold once the pads are on my glasses?

The 3M backing is designed to keep pads fixed through daily wear; cleaning the frame with rubbing alcohol before sticking gives the strongest bond.
