  • Scored for 3/4" expansion to accommodate growing files

Secure document handling

These letter-size fastener folders keep papers in order even when folders are handled by many people or transported outside the office. A single fastener in position one holds documents securely while heavy-duty kraft stock resists wear from frequent use. Reinforced tabs add strength at the point of greatest wear. Scored expansion allows the folder to accommodate thicker files.

Check your filing system

Verify that your existing storage uses letter-size dimensions and accepts top-tab folders with 1/3-cut tab positions. The 2-inch prong K-style fastener requires matching punched holes in your documents. Ensure your cabinet or shelf depth can accommodate the scored 3/4-inch expansion when folders are full. Confirm that rounded top corners fit your current drawer guides without snagging.

Durable daily construction

The 11-point kraft stock provides a rigid feel that withstands repeated removal and replacement of pages. Reinforced tabs measuring 1/2-inch high resist tearing at the most stressed point. Front panel undercut allows easy finger access to contents. Rounded top corners on both front and back panels prevent dog-earing and reduce snagging on adjacent folders during daily retrieval.
