Two-cable USB-C extension kit

This pack supplies two male-to-female USB-C extension cables each measuring 3.3ft. They extend the reach of any USB-C device such as laptops, tablets, phones or a Nintendo Switch. The cables handle data, charging and video through a single connection. Builders needing longer runs or different connectors will need another solution.

100W charging and 10Gbps data with video up to 4K

Each cable supports Power Delivery up to 100W at 20V/5A when the charger and device both support the standard. Data moves at up to 10Gbps for quick file transfers and backups. Video output reaches 4K at 60Hz or 1080p at 120Hz for external monitors. Actual charging speed depends on the connected hardware.

USB 3.2 Gen 2 limits and compatibility notes

The USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface caps data at 10Gbps and video at the stated resolutions. Cables longer than 3.3ft may not sustain full speed or power without active circuitry. The 20000-bend rating covers the cable jacket and core but not the connector housings. Devices lacking USB-C Alt Mode or PD will not gain video or fast-charge capability from these extensions.

Questions about this item

How many bend cycles is the braided cable rated for before it may need replacing?

The nylon-braided cable with a bulletproof fibre core is tested to withstand over 20000 bends, giving it a long service life under normal use.

What is the maximum data-transfer speed the cable can sustain?

The extension supports up to 10 Gbps data transfer, so that ceiling will be reached before any other limit during sustained heavy file moves.

Does the cable or its connectors get hot when delivering 100 W continuously?

The cable is built for stable 100 W (20 V/5 A) Power Delivery without damaging equipment, and the braided jacket helps dissipate heat during all-day charging sessions.
