SMUGDESK

SMUGDESK 20Gbps USB C Right Angle Cable 10ft 2Pack

SKU CH-31B7-Y1M43

Two right-angle USB-C cables carry 20 Gbps data, 100 W charging and 4K 60 Hz video over 10 ft lengths

  • 20 Gbps bandwidth moves a 20 GB file in about a minute
  • 100 W Power Delivery charges laptops and tablets at full speed
  • 4K 60 Hz video output connects a MacBook or iPad to an external display
  • Right-angle USB-C plugs reduce strain on ports in tight spaces
  • Two 10 ft cables give long reach for desk or bedside charging

Two-Pack Right-Angle USB-C Cable

This two-pack supplies two ten-foot USB-C to USB-C cables with right-angle connectors. Each cable handles up to 100 W Power Delivery at 5 A and carries video at 4K 60 Hz. The USB 3.1 Gen 2 rating gives 20 Gbps bandwidth for moving large files between compatible hosts and peripherals.

Suits Users Who Need Charging Video

Creators connecting a MacBook, iPad Pro or Samsung tablet to an external USB-C display while charging will find the combined video, power and data capability convenient. Buyers who only need a short charging cable or who require a straight connector for tight port spacing should look elsewhere.

20 Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 Bandwidth Decides Fit

The single specification that determines whether this cable matches the task is the 20 Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 data rate. If the connected devices and the workload demand that throughput for external SSDs or high-resolution video, the cable meets the requirement; if the workflow only uses USB 2.0 speeds the extra bandwidth will not be used.

Questions about this item

Does the 10 ft 2-pack include any power adapters or do I need to supply my own USB-C chargers?

The package contains only the two right-angle USB-C to USB-C cables; any 100 W PD charger must be purchased separately.

Should I choose this 20 Gbps cable or a slower one for moving 20 GB files to an external SSD?

At 20 Gbps a 20 GB transfer finishes in about a minute, so this cable is the right choice for large-file workflows.

Will the 4K 60 Hz video rating work when I connect my MacBook Pro to a USB-C monitor through this 10 ft cable?

Yes, the cable supports 4K at 60 Hz over its full 10 ft length for compatible hosts and displays.
