7-in-1 HDMI 2.0 Switch

The SMUGDESK switch routes seven HDMI sources to a single display through a metal chassis that meets the HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 standards. It passes 4K resolution at 60 Hz along with HDR, 3D, 2160p and 1080p signals without requiring driver installation.

Home theatre and multi-console owners

Buyers who need to connect several game consoles, set-top boxes or media players to one screen will benefit from the seven inputs and the included IR remote. Setups that require simultaneous output to multiple displays or more than seven sources cannot use this unit.

HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compliance

This specification determines whether protected 4K content at 60 Hz will pass correctly between your sources and display. If your equipment demands a newer HDMI version or a different copy-protection standard, this switch will not support those signals.

Questions about this item

Which HDMI 2.0 switch capacity should I choose for seven devices?

This model provides seven HDMI inputs and one output, letting you connect up to seven source devices such as consoles or media players to a single display without swapping cables.

What does 4K@60Hz support mean for my gaming setup?

The switch passes 4K resolution at 60 frames per second with HDR and HDCP 2.2, so modern consoles and PCs deliver smooth, high-dynamic-range gameplay on a compatible screen.

How does the HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 interface limit real-world use?

The HDMI 2.0 bandwidth caps video at 4K 60 Hz, while HDCP 2.2 ensures protected 4K content plays correctly; older 1080p and 3D signals pass through without restriction.
