USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Cable for 20Gbps Data

This USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 cable delivers up to 20Gbps data transfer between compatible devices. It supports 100W power delivery for fast charging laptops and phones. The 1.6 ft length suits close-range connections to docks, SSDs or hard drives. Video output reaches 4K at 60Hz for external displays.

Suits users needing high-speed data and charging

The cable fits owners of USB-C laptops, tablets and phones that accept 20Gbps speeds and 100W charging. It works for Android Auto in vehicles equipped with USB-C ports. Buyers whose devices only support lower USB data rates will not gain the advertised 20Gbps throughput. Users needing longer reach for desk or wall-mounted setups should look elsewhere.

20Gbps maximum data rate decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 20Gbps peak transfer rate. If the host and peripheral both operate at this speed the cable will not bottleneck performance. If either end tops out at 10Gbps or 5Gbps the extra headroom goes unused. Match the port generation to the cable rating before purchase.
