Two-Way Radio Pair for Outdoor Use

The SOEWIOU T5 pack contains two blue FRS radios with 22 channels and 99 CTCSS privacy codes, providing up to 2178 combinations to reduce interference. Each unit operates on AAA batteries and includes a 2.5 mm earphone jack, a back-lit LCD screen and a built-in LED flashlight for low-light conditions.

Suits Families and Groups on Land

These radios suit families, hikers, cyclists and campers who need simple push-to-talk or voice-activated communication over short distances. They are not intended for marine environments requiring waterproof construction, for users who need GMRS power or licensed frequencies, or for teams that require longer range than the stated maximum in open terrain.

Check Power and Accessory Needs

Confirm you have a supply of AAA cells, as four per radio are required and none are included. Verify that any headset or earpiece uses a 2.5 mm plug to match the jack on the unit. Remember that buildings, vehicles, weather and terrain will reduce the effective range well below the open-area maximum.
