Bright, adjustable headlamp

The Sofirn NBT-001 is a compact headlamp built around two LEDs that produce up to 1200 lumens. Its aluminium body weighs about 2.9 ounces and the band adjusts to fit most heads. The lamp tilts through 180 degrees so light can be aimed without moving the head. It is aimed at campers, runners and workers who need hands-free illumination.

Five modes and 11.1 Wh capacity

Output steps are 70, 120, 300, 600 and 1200 lumens, plus strobe and beacon signals. The included 11.1 Wh cell feeds the highest mode for a short burst and the lower settings for much longer periods. A hidden USB-C port recharges the battery directly; no separate charger is required. Maximum throw reaches 200 metres, after which spill light fades quickly.

Passive cooling and weather resistance

The aluminium shell acts as a heatsink, so the lamp runs warm but not hot during extended high-output use. No fan means silent operation. The housing is rated wind and water resistant, keeping rain and splashes out of the electronics. Power draw follows the selected mode, dropping sharply when the light is dimmed.

Questions about this item

Will the 1200 lumen turbo mode and 180° tilt work with my existing hard hat?

The headband is fully adjustable and the light rotates 0° to 180°, so it fits most hard hats and lets you aim the 1200 lumen turbo beam where you need it.

How do I confirm the 90 CRI LEDs and five modes are functioning correctly?

Cycle through Eco 70 lm, Low 120 lm, Medium 300 lm, High 600 lm and Turbo 1200 lm; the white and red LEDs should render colours naturally at 90 CRI on each step.

Does the box include the 11.1 Wh battery and USB-C cable, or must I buy them separately?

The package contains the headlamp, one 11.1 Wh battery, one USB-C cable and the manual — nothing else is required to start charging and using it.
