E1.S enterprise SSD with 1.92TB capacity, PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and 3.5 PBW endurance for data-centre workloads
The Solidigm D7-P5520 delivers 1.92TB of 3D NAND TLC storage in an E1.S form factor. It connects via PCIe 4.0 x4 and reaches up to 5300 MBps sequential read and 1900 MBps sequential write. Random read performance hits 706000 IOPS while random write reaches 114000 IOPS. The drive is rated for 3.5 PBW endurance and a 2000000 hour MTBF.
Confirm your server or storage array accepts the E1.S 9.5mm form factor before ordering. The drive draws 5W idle and 13W active, so ensure the backplane and power supply can sustain that load. Operating temperature spans 0°C to 70°C, so airflow must keep the device within this range. No other interface or connector types are supported.
The 72g E1.S module is built for front-loading hot-plug bays, allowing replacement without system shutdown. It withstands 1000 G shock at 0.5 msec and 2.17 GRMS operating vibration from 5 to 700 Hz. Non-operating vibration tolerance reaches 3.13 GRMS from 5 to 800 Hz. Low latencies of 75µs read and 15µs write support consistent quality of service.

The single pack contains the E1.S drive only; trays or heatsinks are not included and must be sourced separately.
The 1.92TB model delivers up to 5300 MBps read and 1900 MBps write with 3.5 PBW endurance, matching the series specifications for this capacity.
In a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot the drive can sustain up to 706000 IOPS random read at 75µs latency, provided the platform supplies adequate power and cooling.
