Scale and Purpose

The Solido 2024 RWB Bodykit "Taikano Kaishin" is a 1/18 scale diecast model car finished in red with black stripes. It is an officially licensed collectible made for adult hobbyists and display collectors who value authentic detailing.

Detail and Features

True-to-scale detail covers the interior and exterior, with real rubber tyres, steerable front wheels and opening doors. The model combines diecast metal with plastic parts to replicate the bodykit accurately. The piece arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Handling and Display

At approximately nine inches long, four inches wide and 2.75 inches high the model sits securely on a shelf or in a cabinet without demanding special mounting. The steerable wheels and opening doors invite occasional interaction but the item is intended for static display rather than regular play. Collectors who need a smaller footprint or a different livery should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/18 scale model fit on a shelf with my other 1/18 diecast cars?

Yes, the 1/18 scale matches other 1/18 diecast models so it will sit consistently alongside them on the same shelf.

How can I verify the steerable wheels and opening doors work correctly after unboxing?

Turn the front wheels left and right; they should pivot smoothly. Gently pull each door outward; both should open on their hinges without forcing.

Does the box include a display base or protective case, or must I buy one separately?

The package contains only the diecast model in its original unopened box; no display base or protective case is included, so you would need to purchase those separately if desired.
