Compact Fixed-Mount Imager

The Solio DS457-DL20009 is a hands-free barcode scanner designed for fixed mounting in retail, manufacturing or access-control environments. Its 1D/2D imager reads both linear and matrix codes from paper labels or mobile phone displays without pausing between scans.

Small Footprint and USB Connectivity

Measuring 1.15 in. H x 2.3 in. L x 2.44 in. W (2.92 cm H x 5.84 cm L x 6.2 cm W), the unit fits into tight spaces such as under a counter or on a self-service kiosk. A USB interface provides power and data through a single cable, simplifying installation on a host terminal or PC.

1D/2D Imaging Constraints

The imager handles standard 1D and 2D symbologies plus direct part marks, but it cannot read barcodes that fall outside those symbology sets. Scanning range and depth of field are fixed by the built-in optics, so items must be presented within the optimal read zone for reliable capture.
