Wireless gaming headset with 50 mm drivers

The SOMIC GS401 PRO is a wireless gaming headset built around 50 mm high-polymer composite diaphragm drivers. It connects via Bluetooth 5.2 or 2.4 GHz wireless and works with PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and smartphones. Xbox controllers are supported only in wired mode using the included 3.5 mm cable.

Battery life and low-latency behaviour

The headset delivers up to 45 hours of use at 60 % volume and recharges fully in three hours. Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4 GHz links keep latency low during extended sessions. The RGB lighting operates only in wireless mode and turns off when the 3.5 mm cable is connected.

Compatibility check before ordering

Verify that your Xbox controller has a 3.5 mm jack if you plan to use the headset with an Xbox. The detachable omnidirectional microphone rotates up to 160 ° for flexible positioning. Remember that wired mode disables the RGB lighting and relies entirely on the analogue connection.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the headset produce during a full day of gaming?

The GS401 PRO is a passive audio device with no fans or moving parts, so it generates no measurable heat and makes no mechanical noise while you play.

What device or connection must I already have to use the wireless features?

You need a host that supports Bluetooth 5.2 or a free USB port for the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle; the headset also includes a 3.5 mm cable for wired fallback.

Will the headset work with my older console or PC that only has a 3.5 mm jack?

Yes — the supplied 3.5 mm AUX cable lets you connect to any legacy device with a standard headphone socket, though RGB lighting is disabled in wired mode.
