Sony ILCE7M2K/B Alpha a7II Mirrorless Camera with FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Lens

Camera and lens kit for full-frame photography

The Sony Alpha a7II mirrorless camera paired with the FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens delivers 24.3 effective megapixels on a full-frame CMOS sensor. It uses the BIONZ X processor and a 2.4M OLED electronic viewfinder for composition. The kit suits photographers moving to full-frame who want a versatile zoom range from wide-angle to short telephoto in a single package.

Steady handheld shooting with in-body stabilisation

Five-axis in-body image stabilisation compensates for camera shake across pitch, yaw, roll and shift axes regardless of the attached lens. This allows slower shutter speeds without blur when shooting stills or Full HD video at 50 Mbps in the XAVC S format. The 3.0-inch LCD and hybrid AF with phase detection support stable focus tracking during extended sessions.

E-mount compatibility decides lens options

The camera accepts Sony E-mount lenses natively and other systems via adaptors, so the FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens included here is just one starting point. Buyers who need a different focal length, wider aperture or specialised optic must select from the E-mount lineup or use an adaptor. The SD/SDHC card slot handles recording media.
