SKU CH-1607-810EY

Connects two hosts to dual 4K displays and shared peripherals with power delivery

  • Dual-host KVM switches between two computers
  • 4K MST extends video across multiple displays
  • USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 delivers fast data transfer
  • 20V 6A power adapter charges laptops quickly
  • 5 mm cable routes audio to speakers

Dual Host USB-C KVM Dock

The Sony Mobile SIIG docking station lets two USB-C laptops share one set of 4K displays and USB peripherals. A front-panel KVM button switches keyboard, video and mouse instantly. It suits home-office workers who alternate between a personal and a work machine without unplugging cables.

Build and Cabling

The unit ships with two captive USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 host cables and a 3.5 mm switching cable for the KVM trigger. A 20 V 6 A power adapter delivers upstream power to both laptops through the same ports. No extra video or data cables are required for the basic dual-host setup.

Practical Limits

Multi-Stream Transport drives both 4K outputs from a single USB-C link, so each host must support MST over its USB-C port. Systems limited to Single-Stream Transport will mirror rather than extend across the two screens. Bandwidth tops out at USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds for connected peripherals.
