Questions about this item

How long does the battery last during a full day of calls?

The NB10 provides up to 20 hours of battery life on a single charge, and a quick USB-C top-up adds more runtime before your next meeting.

Does the neckband get warm or noisy after hours of wear?

There are no moving parts or fans, so it runs silently and stays at body temperature even during extended use.

What devices do I need to pair it with for calls and audio?

Any Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet or computer works; the speaker supports multi-point connection so two devices can stay linked at once.
