Questions about this item

Will the Sony VPL-FX37 lamp work with the existing housing in my projector?

The module ships as a fully assembled Philips UHP 460W bulb inside its housing, so it replaces the complete lamp unit without reusing any old parts.

How can I confirm the lamp is operating correctly after installation?

The projector should ignite cleanly, show stable brightness, and the lamp-hour counter will track up to 2,500 hours in Normal mode or 3,500 hours in Economy mode.

Does the package include the LMP-F331 housing or only the bare bulb?

It includes the complete LMP-F331 module — bulb and housing pre-assembled — so no separate housing purchase is required.
