Genuine AL lamp module for Sony VPL-VWPRO1

This genuine AL lamp and housing assembly is manufactured for the Sony VPL-VWPRO1 projector. It supplies a new light source inside the original cartridge so the unit fits and aligns exactly as the factory module did. The part is sold new and carries a 90 day warranty from the supplier.

Projector lamp replacement cycle

Lamp brightness declines gradually with use until the projector signals that a change is needed. Installing this module restores the original light output and colour balance without requiring any firmware update or menu recalibration. The 90 day warranty covers early failure but does not extend the rated lamp life.

Lamp type determines compatibility

Only a genuine AL series lamp in the correct housing matches the VPL-VWPRO1 optical path and power requirements. Using a different lamp type or a bare bulb without the housing will prevent proper ignition and can damage the projector. Buyers who need a different lamp series or a bare bulb for another model cannot use this part.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the Genuine AL Series lamp or an Original bulb version for my Sony VPL-VWPRO1?

The Genuine AL Series lamp and housing is a complete, ready-to-install module. An Original bulb variant may also be offered; select the AL Series for a factory-matched replacement without further assembly.

What does the 90 day warranty cover once the lamp is installed in the projector?

The 90 day warranty protects against premature lamp failure or housing defects during the initial operating period after installation.

Does the lamp housing use a proprietary connector or a standard interface for the VPL-VWPRO1?

The module is built to the exact mechanical and electrical fit for the Sony VPL-VWPRO1, so it connects directly without adapters.
