Questions about this item

What comes in the box and does the 3.5 mm cable let me listen without battery power?

The package includes the headphones, a USB charging cable and a 1.2 m gold-plated 3.5 mm cord; the cord supports passive operation so audio plays even when the battery is flat.

Should I pick the 35-hour or 40-hour battery figure when deciding between colours?

Both figures apply to the same white model — 35 hours with noise cancelling on, 40 hours with it off — so choose based on how often you will use noise cancellation.

What does the 108 dB sensitivity mean for everyday volume on my phone?

At 108 dB SPL the drivers reach loud listening levels easily from a phone output, so you will not need to max the device volume for clear sound.
