Compact 6.0-inch OLED smartphone for everyday users

The Sony Xperia 10 IV arrives new and factory unlocked with a 6.0-inch OLED panel that supports 1B colors and HDR. It runs Android 12 on a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The 21:9 aspect ratio makes the handset tall and narrow, suited to one-handed use.

Sustained performance with a 5000 mAh battery

The 5000 mAh cell powers the octa-core processor through extended sessions without aggressive throttling. The efficient 6 nm architecture keeps thermals manageable during prolonged 5G connectivity or video playback. UFS storage maintains consistent read speeds when apps stay open for long periods.

Practical limits of the hybrid SIM

The hybrid tray accepts either a second nano-SIM or a microSDXC card, not both simultaneously. Expandable storage shares the same physical slot, forcing a choice between dual-standby connectivity and extra media space. The 128 GB baseline covers typical app loads, but heavy offline libraries will hit this constraint.

Questions about this item

Does the 5000 mAh battery handle all-day use without overheating?

The 5000 mAh capacity is designed for extended use; the Snapdragon 695 5G chipset on a 6 nm process helps manage heat during continuous operation.

What SIM cards do I need to activate dual standby on this unlocked phone?

You need two Nano-SIM cards for the hybrid dual-SIM tray, or one Nano-SIM plus an eSIM profile from your carrier.

Will my existing microSDXC card work in the shared slot?

Yes, the tray accepts microSDXC cards, but using one occupies the second SIM position so dual-SIM standby is not available simultaneously.
