Purpose-built expansion
The Soundcraft CobraNet Card fits the dedicated expansion slot on Si series consoles and adds networked audio transport for live sound and installed systems. It is aimed at engineers who need to route multichannel audio over Ethernet without adding analogue cabling. Buyers who want more than 32 channels per card or who use consoles without the Si expansion slot cannot use this module.
Channel capacity
The card sends and receives up to 32 audio channels across a CobraNet network. DIP switches on the board let you configure how many of those channels appear as inputs or outputs to the console, with a default of 32 in each direction.
