Open-Ear Clip-On Design

SoundPEATS Clip1 earbuds use a clip-on, open-ear architecture that rests outside the ear canal. The flexible nickel-titanium alloy arch and soft liquid silicone adapt to various ear shapes for a secure fit. Weighing only 55.5 grams total, they remain comfortable during extended wear with glasses or helmets. This design keeps the wearer aware of ambient sound while listening.

Battery Life and Charging

A single charge provides up to 40 hours of playback time. Replenishing the lithium-polymer battery takes 2.6 hours for a full cycle. A quick 0.5 hour charge delivers useful additional runtime. Bluetooth 5.4 handles the wireless link for stable connectivity during daily use.

Audio Features and Durability

The 12 millimetre dual-magnet drivers cover a 5Hz-20KHz frequency response with 32 ohm impedance. LDAC support enables high-resolution wireless audio up to 96 kHz and 24-bit depth, certified by the Japan Audio Society. Dolby Audio processing adds spatial depth to the soundstage. An IPX5 rating protects against sweat and light rain during workouts. Touch controls on the earbuds manage playback and track navigation.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the Clip1 earbuds via Bluetooth 5.4 for the first time?

Open the charging case, hold the case button until the indicator flashes, then select SoundPEATS Clip1 in your device's Bluetooth 5.4 menu; both clips connect automatically after the initial pairing.

What long-term care does the lithium-polymer battery need?

Recharge at least every few months to avoid deep discharge; the sealed 40-hour cells are not user-replaceable, so the whole set is retired when runtime falls below your needs.

Which codec limit appears first during a long LDAC listening session?

The 40-hour battery runtime is reached before any thermal throttle; LDAC at 96 kHz/24-bit stays active until the cells need recharging.
