Professional correspondence envelopes

Southworth J564-10 Ivory Linen #10 envelopes provide a refined stationery option for business letters, invoices and formal invitations. The linen-cotton stock delivers a distinctive texture that conveys quality to every recipient. Each box contains 250 pieces for high-volume mailing needs. They suit offices that value a consistent, professional presentation.

Simple printer compatibility

The envelopes work with standard inkjet and laser printers as well as office copiers for in-house addressing. A gummed V-flap seals securely after moistening without the need for adhesive labels. Flat construction feeds smoothly through most trays when loaded correctly. Users should verify printer specifications for envelope weight limits before printing full batches.

Consistent quality over large runs

Certified managed-forest sourcing ensures the paper stock remains uniform across the entire 250-count box. The linen finish resists show-through during extended print jobs without curling or jamming. Gum adhesive maintains reliable sealing performance from the first envelope to the last. The ivory colour stays true under continuous copier heat cycles.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the envelopes feed correctly through my inkjet or laser printer after loading them?

Print a test page on one envelope; the linen-cotton stock is compatible with both inkjet and laser printers and copiers, so clean output without smudging or jams shows it is working as intended.

What comes in the box and is anything else needed to seal the envelopes?

The box contains 250 ivory V-flap envelopes with a gummed flap; only moisture is required to seal them, so no separate adhesive or tape is needed.

Which version should I choose if I need a standard business-size envelope in ivory linen?

Model J564-10 is a #10 size ivory linen envelope with a V-flap, supplied 250 per box — the only version listed for this specification.
